Proposal Coordinator |
Manpower Professional at IBM |

This position primarily deals with the
administrative duties of proposal creation. I review the RFP/RFI/RFQ and
create a mockup based on the requirements set forth in the RFP/RFI/RFQ. I
control the Master document and incorporate all changes sent to me by the
Proposal Team (writers) and make sure that all requirements are completed. I
am also responsible for noting grammar and spelling errors and correcting
them. Aside from the proposal itself, I am responsible for production of the
response, from printing the required number of copies to creating a cover,
binder spines, cd labels, and tab labels. Finally I assemble the completed
response (along with all the necessary elements) and package and ship the
proposal to the customer (or prepare it for pickup and delivery by a client
representative). |
